UPS raises rates a net
6.9% effective Jan 1. Rates will increase through a combination of A 6.9%
increase on Air and International services. A 6.9% surcharge will apply on
all Grown Commercial & Residential service to match the air and
international service increase. A 2% reduction in the air fuel surcharge. A net
4.9% increase will apply on Air and International services
